Progressive Pharmacies will provide PBM Desk Audit assistance and Support when a PBM, Managed Care organization or Insurance plan initiates an Audit or Review of claims previously submitted, processed and paid for any contracts that Progressive is managing on your behalf, under our PBM Contract Management Services. Progressive Pharmacies will assist you and provide:

• Timely response and follow up to requested Desk Audits received from the PBM
• Completeness for all requested information in the Desk Audits received.
• Notifications to designated owner/representative for each store for any non-compliance or non responsive store.
• More extensive support of a PBM Audit may be made available under separate cover and separate agreement as needed.
